Free Your Body - Try Some Herbal Tea Recipes

If you would like to create herbal teas of your own there are, a wealth of sites on the internet today, which can offer you advice, and herbal tea recipes that you may want to consider trying. In order to make this uplifting tea for yourself you need to get together the following ingredients which are best if they come in a dried form. 50g of peppermint leaves, crushed linden flowers and vervain, along with 25g of lavender and chamomile flowers and 25g of lemon balm leaves.

You mix these ingredients together, then place in a jar (dark in color), and then store them away. Then when you need to make your teas get 1 or 2 teaspoons of the mix and place in a small teapot or a tisane cup. Then get some boiling water and add this to the mixture you have placed in the teapot or cup. Allow the mixture to brew for around 5 to 10 minutes before you pour it through a strainer. Then all you need to do is drink it.

The first recipe we provided you contains those properties which can give your energy levels a boost, whilst the next one contains properties that helps your mind and body relax. In order to make this particular herbal tea you will need to have 50g of wild lettuce leaves and 25g of Melilot (dried), 25g of Hawthorn flowers and 25g of California Poppies.

Again as with the first recipe we have provided in this article you need to mix all the ingredients previously mentioned together. Then store in an airtight jar when not being used. This is ideal to be drunk last think at night just before you are about to go to bed.

To make this tea get the mixture out and place one or two teaspoons of the mixture into a teapot or a tisane cup. This particular device comes with not only a cup and saucer but also a strainer and a lid to prevent the tea from getting cold as it stands. Now you need to get some freshly boiled water and pour this over the herbal mixture and then allow it stand for between 5 and 10 minutes. Doing this allows the water to become infused with the properties of the herbs then after straining the mixture you can drink it.
